Rota Boy
The first of its kind in the world and developed in conjunction with Kingspan Insulated Panels, the Rota Boy is the first combined panel lifting and turning unit. With the ability to turn all types of interleaved composite roof panels, the Rota Boy addresses the serious workplace health and safety issues associated with the manual handling of panel, whilst ensuring no panel damage.
The Rota Boy is suitable for all types of interleaved composite roof panels. It has the ability to solve the issues related with panel rotation by improving safety and minimizing the risk of panel damage.

Convenient
Powered by internal rechargeable batteries, the Rota Boy is able to apply vacuum lifting to lift and secure panels, which can then be rotated 180 degrees without risking damage to your workforce or the panel.

Whilst remaining efficient and providing ease of operation, the Rota Boy allows for vastly improved health and safety throughout the roof panel industry. The Rota Boy complies with all Australian and worldwide legislation and is suitable for panels up to 20m long. Alike the Clad Boy and Cool Boy, the Rota Boy incorporates advance safety features including low vacuum and low battery audible warning systems.

With some forms of sandwich wall and roof panels being delivered to construction sites stacked offset to each other to allow for ease of transportation and prevent damage, this can prolong the process of installation. The Rota Boy prevents the requirement to manually rotate these panels, saving significant time and labour.
