The CoolBoy RW (4Flex) offers a range of benefits for your installation needs. This vacuum lifter is ideal for installing sandwich roof panels up to 8 meters in length and profiled horizontal or vertical wall panels up to 10 meters long. With a maximum lifting capacity of 200 kg and a dual-circuit safety system, the CoolBoy RW (4Flex) can also handle curved sandwich panels.
The four adjustable suction pads make the CoolBoy RW (4Flex) versatile, accommodating any type of profiled roof panel and flat wall panels. Once set up, the configuration is ready for fast installation. The suction pads come in two widths—90 mm and 110 mm. The 90 mm pads are perfect for sandwich roof panels from all major panel manufacturers.
If greater lifting capacity is needed, the CoolBoy RW (4Flex) with a single-circuit safety system offers a lifting capacity of up to 400 kg. For even heavier and longer roof or wall panels, upgrading to the CladBoy model is recommended.
